Capital Area Food Bank
The Mission of the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas (CAFB) is to nourish hungry people and lead the community in ending hunger. In it’s 31st year of service, CAFB provides food and grocery products to more than 300 partner agencies in 21 Central Texas counties.


El Buen Samaritano Episcopal Mission
El Buen Samaritano Episcopal Mission is an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Texas committed to helping Latino and other families in Central Texas lead healthy, productive and secure lives through high-quality and affordable health-care, education and economic-stability services.


Family Eldercare
Family Eldercare provides critical services to seniors, adults with disabilities and caregivers. Our programs offer a continuum of care to help people age in place with dignity and as much independence as possible.

Austin Parks Foundation
Our mission is to connect people to resources and partnerships to develop and improve parks. Each year, Austin Parks Foundation generates millions of dollars in volunteer time, in-kind donations, and financial support for city parks.


EcoRise Youth Innovations
EcoRise Youth Innovations inspires a new generation of green leaders to design an environmentally sustainable future for all. Through solutions-based programming, EcoRise empowers youth to tackle real-world challenges by teaching sustainability, design thinking and social entrepreneurship.

 


Explore Austin
Explore Austin combines the benefits of mentoring and outdoor adventure in a six-year program for 6th through 12th grade inner-city youth. Explore Austin seeks and attracts motivated students who desire to learn how to become leaders, experience new places, make lasting friendships, and seek challenges.


Keep Austin Beautiful
Keep Austin Beautiful inspires and educates individuals and our community towards greater environmental stewardship. Our goal is to Clean, Beautify and Protect the Austin environment through physical improvements and hands-on education.


The Trail Foundation
The mission of The Trail Foundation is to protect and enhance the Ann and Roy Butler Trail surrounding Lady Bird Lake.  In a distinctly collaborative partnership, we work with the City of Austin to close the gap between what the government provides and what the Trail requires.

Bookspring
Bookspring provides essential literacy programs based on distinct program models to create a continuum of literacy development.

 


Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area
Boys & Girls Clubs of Austin helps kids from tough neighborhoods stay out of trouble, stay in school and succeed in life. More than a safe haven for kids “at risk,” the Clubs are daily examples of how good life can be as they nurture, inspire and celebrate the limitless potential of our young people.


Breakthrough Austin
Breakthrough provides a path to college, starting in middle school, for low-income students who will be first-generation college graduates. The program admits students as 6th graders and makes a six-year commitment to helping them graduate from high school and enter college.


Con Mi Madre
Con Mi MADRE increases the representation of Hispanic women in post-secondary education through a focus on education and social support services to girls and their mothers.


Creative Action (formerly Theatre Action Project)
Creative Action fosters the academic, social and emotional development of young people. Through interactive classroom performances, after school arts residencies and community-based programs, Creative Action’s team of professional teaching artists inspire youth to be creative artists, courageous allies, critical thinkers and confident leaders in their community.

 


The First Tee of Greater Austin
The First Tee is a non-profit youth development organization focused on providing young people with educational programs to build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas
Dell Children’s, a member of the Seton Healthcare Family, is a center of excellence for Central Texas consisting of a strong alliance of expert personnel, facilities and other specialty resources dedicated to the care of children and adolescents within a forty-six county referral region. We believe no child should be refused necessary care and attention for lack of ability to pay.


Marathon Kids
Marathon Kids® is an evidence-based, FREE running/walking, nutrition, and gardening program for K-5th grade children.  Our target is children most prone to sedentary lifestyles and health related illnesses.  Marathon Kids are challenged to run/walk 26.2 miles over the course of their school year and make healthier food choices.


People’s Community Clinic
People’s Community Clinic’s mission is to improve the health of medically underserved and uninsured Central Texans by providing high quality, affordable healthcare and wellness education. The Clinic has been offering care with respect and dignity since 1970.


Special Olympics Texas
Special Olympics Texas provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in the sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.


Sustainable Food Center
Sustainable Food Center cultivates a healthy community by strengthening the local food system and improving access to nutritious, affordable food. From seed to table, the Sustainable Food Center creates opportunities for individuals to make healthy food choices and to participate in a vibrant local food system.


Wonders & Worries
Wonders & Worries helps children cope when a parent faces a serious or life-threatening illness. Our 6-week comprehensive, individualized counseling program for children is copyrighted, and professional third party analysis indicates the program has proven results with children and families. It is the only program of its kind in the region, state, country, and beyond.
